NYCRUNS events are produced by a dedicated team of professionals supported by an amazing group of volunteers. Volunteering at NYCRUNS events is a gratifying way to give back to the running community. As a thank you, volunteers will receive complimentary entry to a future NYCRUNS race. Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older.
Check here for the full list of individual volunteer opportunities we have available for NYCRUNS events. More events get added throughout the year, including the 2027 Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon, so it’s a good idea to check this page periodically for new opportunities.
Individual volunteers at 5K & 10K races will receive a complimentary entry to a future NYCRUNS 5K or 10K race of their choice. Individual volunteers at half marathons will receive a complimentary entry to a future NYCRUNS 5K, 10K, or half marathon of their choice (excluding the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon).
