How Do I Update My Emergency Contact?

To update your emergency contact on your NYCRUNS profile, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your NYCRUNS account and view your dashboard.
2. Click on “Profile.”
3. Scroll down to “Emergency Name” and “Emergency Number” and make any adjustments.
4. Click “Update Profile.”

If you’d like to change your emergency contact just for a specific event, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your NYCRUNS account and view your dashboard.
2. Click on “Upcoming Races.”
3. Find the race you’d like to update information for and click “Modify Registration.”
4. Enter new “Emergency Name” and “Emergency Number.”
5. Click “Submit.”
