How Do I Register a Group for a Race?

For any size group, you can purchase any amount of entries which would provide your team with either full entry or a partial discount. Additionally, if you wish to pay for full entry for groups of 20 or more runners, we offer a 10% discount when paid with a single credit card.

Follow these steps for group registration:

  1. Email theteam@nycruns.com with how many entries you wish to purchase and which event.
  2. Once a precise quantity of entries is determined, you’ll receive an invoice via Square allowing you to pay online.
  3. Next, you’ll receive discount codes to provide your group. These codes must be used by each participant before registration closes or the race sells out. Unused instances of the discount code are non-refundable.
  4. Group participants will need to register as individuals. Enter your “Discount Code/ Referral” under “Race Information” and you’ll see your new fee reflected under “Race Fee.”
  5. Click “Add to Cart” and follow the remaining steps for individual registration.

Please note, the balance upon registration is subject to usual price increases. Additionally, discount codes provided will not cover optional add-ons.
