How Do I Register a Group for a Race?

For any size group, you can purchase any amount of entries which would provide your team with either full entry or a partial discount. Additionally, if you wish to pay for full entry for groups of 20 or more runners, we offer a 10% discount when paid with a single credit card.

Follow these steps for group registration:

  1. Fill out our contact form with how many entries you wish to purchase and which event, and someone from The Team will get back to you soon.
  2. Once a precise quantity of entries is determined, you’ll receive an invoice via Square allowing you to pay online.
  3. Once your invoice is paid, you’ll receive discount codes to provide your group. These codes must be used by each participant before registration closes or the race sells out. Unused instances of discount codes are non-refundable.
  4. Group participants will need to complete individual online registration, entering their unique discount code in the appropriate field under “Discount Code/ Referral.”
  5. Click “Add to Cart” and follow the remaining steps for individual registration.

Please note, the balance upon registration is subject to usual price increases. Additionally, discount codes provided will not cover optional add-ons.
