For all NYCRUNS races (with the exception of the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon):
If you’re a NYCRUNS member, or not a member and opted to purchase pre-race Bib Mailing at checkout, you will receive your bib in the mail prior to race day. Bibs can only be mailed to runners who register at least 20 days prior to the race. Unfortunately, we are unable to mail bibs to an international address. Only runners, including NYCRUNS Members, with a U.S. address can receive a bib in the mail.
If you’re not a NYCRUNS Member or did not add pre-race Bib Mailing to your registration, you’ll pick up your bib at the Bib Pick-Up Tent in the Festival Area on the day of your event. Just show your QR code (found in the Upcoming Races section of your NYCRUNS dashboard and at the top of the pre-race email we’ll send you during race week) to get your bib. If you forgot, lost, or never received your bib in the mail, no worries – a new bib will be assigned to you on race day. If you want a friend or someone else to pick up your bib on race day, that’s fine, just make sure they have an image of your QR code. Please refer to your specific race page for more details.
For the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon:
If you purchased Bib & Shirt Mailing for this event, the items will be sent to you prior to race day. Bib Pick-Up for everyone else will take place at the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon Expo Presented by Essentia at the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse on Thursday, April 23, Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25. Bib pick up is not available on race day for the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon. If you want a friend to pick up your bib at the Expo, that’s fine, just make sure they have an image of your QR code. Check here for more details.
