While our policy prohibits refunds or transfers, for the 2027 Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon, we do offer a deferral to the 2028 event for NYCRUNS Members. If you’re not a NYCRUNS Member, you can sign up now and immediately receive the deferral benefit for 2028. Full deferrals must be made by 11:59 PM ET on April 15, 2027, which is ten (10) days before the race. If you defer your entry within 10 days of the race (from April 16 through 11:59 PM ET on April 24, 2027), you’ll receive 50% off your entry fee for 2028. Add-ons purchased with your 2027 race entry do not automatically transfer. The value of eligible, unshipped add-ons become credit applicable to the 2028 add-ons. Deferrals are counted against the four (4) total Any-Reason Withdrawals you receive in a membership year and are subject to the same Any-Reason Withdrawal guidelines.
