Awards are given to the top three (3) overall finishers by gun time in each gender division (Male, Female, and Nonbinary/Gender Nonconforming). Awards are also given to the top 3 finishers by age group in each gender division, by net/chip time. Results are published to the second.
Age group award categories are as follows:
Half Marathon: Age group awards will be made available to the top three male, female, and non-binary finishers in each of the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 and over.
10K & 10 Miler: Age group awards will be made available to the top three male, female, and non-binary finishers in each of the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over.
5K: Age group awards will be made available to the top three male, female, and non-binary finishers in each of the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over.
A preliminary results email will be sent to all participants following each race with a link the race results page on our website.

After the results of a race have been finalized, award winners will be notified of their eligibility via email within two weeks of the race. Award winners will fill out a form with the option of receiving a customized award or opting not to have it produced. Award winners who choose to have their award produced should check to make sure their address is correct in the Profile section of their NYCRUNS Dashboard. Awards will be mailed within the U.S. at no charge and to an international address for a $40 charge. All attempts will be made to ship awards in a timely manner, but please note NYCRUNS cannot guarantee a date of receipt nor can an award that is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment be replaced.
