Now celebrating our 15th year of racing, NYCRUNS is one of the nation’s premier independent race organizers. We’re a Brooklyn-based, runner-centric organization respected for our professionally produced and welcoming events.
NYCRUNS is currently seeking a Partnership Sales and Success Coordinator for a short-term contract. This position reports to the Director of Event Development. Primary responsibilities include outreach and sales to prospective partners, coordinating fulfillment of their contracted deliverables and acting as their primary relationship manager throughout the entire partnership and event life cycles. The Partnership Sales and Success Coordinator should possess world class communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask. Success in this role requires being mindful of tight timelines leading up to race day.

This is a contract position from January 2026 through May 22, 2026. There may be opportunities for further contract or employment at NYCRUNS at the conclusion of this contract period. This position is hybrid remote/on-site with weekly scheduled office hours.
SALARY
The compensation for this role is $33 per hour, 30-40 hours per week. Overtime must be preauthorized in writing.
