Founded in 1989, the New York Flyers are one of the largest clubs in the City, but we take pride in our small club feel. We offer something for everyone including group runs five days a week, fully supported long training runs throughout the year including our popular Three Bridges and Last 10 Miles runs leading up to the NYC marathon, and a busy social and volunteer calendar. Many of our members use our coached Marathon Training Program (MTP) and SpeedPass training plans whether they’re preparing for their first marathon or pursuing a new PR.
