We are a FREE running club for women to support and motivate each other and to surround themselves with like-minded women who have a passion for staying healthy.
This is a place to share successes on the road to being healthy, share tips on maintaining fitness levels, or when you just need some encouragement to push forward and not give up.
What started as a small run group for local women of Orangetown, NY in Dec 2015 has since grown to 250 + members of all different fitness levels. We meet weekends and weekdays for group impromptu runs that are announced the prior day of in a private posting for the safety of our members.
