The Bridle Path Track Club is a team focused on continuing and building friendships while sharing a passion for running. The club is about running, social events, and enjoying the company of good friends while achieving personal running and fitness goals. The club name comes from the Bridle Path in Central Park, where the club does most of its training. With over 30 members, the club ranges in ages (25 - 60+) and speeds (sub three hour marathoners to the casual fitness runner).
We have 3 organized, coached workouts per week - Tuesday nights @ 6:30pm meeting at Engineer's gate just inside Central Park at 90th St. and 5th Ave., Thursday mornings @ 6:15am meeting at the Daniel Webster statue just inside Central Park at 72nd St. and Central Park West, and Saturday mornings @ 8:30am meeting at the Daniel Webster statue just inside Central Park at 72nd St. and Central Park West.
