Based on the Upper West Side, UWSRC holds 3 group runs a week: Sundays at 9:30am at the Eleanor Roosevelt Monument, Tuesdays at 6:45am at the Daniel Webster Monument, and Thursdays at 6:30pm at the steps of the Museum of Natural History. Our Sunday and Thursday group runs have pacers between 8-11 min per mile. Come as you are and lace up to have fun!
The group usually gets coffee or food after each run, completely optional.
