Please email questions to cs@nycruns.com. You’re likely to get a response very quickly during normal business hours or even in the middle of the night (race directors keep strange hours), but in any event we aim for within 24 hours at the worst.
If you’re emailing on Saturday or Sunday about a race that day, you probably won’t get a response right away. We’re already there!
