Sgt. Keith A. Ferguson 5K Run/Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge

Welcome to the 13th annual Sgt. Keith A. Ferguson 5K. Thanks, to all who have participated, and supported us the past 12 years. As a family we are beyond grateful.
This race is a celebration of Keith’s life, and his service to the NYPD.
Experience a terrific out-and-back course with some of the most breathtaking and spectacular views in all of New York City. As a rare chance to race over the Brooklyn Bridge, one of New York’s most popular tourist sites, this 5K will be an event you will never forget.
The race start is on the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, and finishes inside City Hall Park.
Those who attend pre-race packet pickup will be guaranteed T-shirts. T-Shirts will be available on raceday only while supplies last.
There will also be a number of other giveaways, lottery tickets, water bottles etc.
Bag check will be available.
Pre-Race Packet Pickup will be Friday 8/4 2pm-6pm & Saturday 8/5 10am-2pm at the offices of Gottleib & Santore – 19 Murray St. between Broadway & Church St.
Raceday Registration & Packet Pickup will be 6:30AM – 8:00AM at City Hall Park near Broadway and Park Place.

Awards will be given to the top three male and female runners overall and the top three male and female law enforcement finishers. Age group awards will be awarded to the top three male and female runners in each of the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 and over.

This race has created two endowments at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. The Sgt. Keith Ferguson Endowed Scholarship in Criminal Justice and the Sgt. Keith A. Ferguson Endowed Professorship in Criminal Justice.
