Want to get faster, stronger and more efficient in your running? Do you want to improve your running form, learn more about injury prevention, stretching and strengthening drills? Coach Tony Watson, assistant coach Charlene Kohler-Britton will offer a 10 week speed work session for $75 that includes all the above, and more.
Sessions are offered for beginner/slower runners (Thursdays) and experienced/faster runners (Tuesdays). These workouts are for PPTC members only. The fee of $75 includes all 10, one hour sessions, to be held indoors at the beautiful Park Slope Armory's 200m track. The session begins December 11th and 13th from 7:00-8:00 PM.
