Announcing a Seven Week Coached Speed Program. Each 1 ½ -hour session will include warm-up, drills, core & strength work and speed work, and end with a cool down and stretching.
Times and dates for meeting are below:
Tuesday evenings (7:00 – 8:30 PM) are for faster, more advanced runners (April 17th, April 24th. May 1st, May 8th, May 15th, May 22nd, May 29th).
Thursday evenings (7:00 – 8:30 PM) are for beginners and experienced runners (April 19th, April 26th, May 3rd, May 10th, May 17th May 24th, May 31st).
